I have never done any Martial Arts before will I be ok?

Yes most definitely!!! Our trainers are great with people at all different skill levels.

Yes, most definitely. Our classes can be attended by any level of knowledge.  Also our instructors are great with people at different skill levels.

What do i need to bring to the session?

A sweat towel and a water bottle are compulsory.  If you have your own gloves and/or wraps it would be a great idea to bring these. Also if you have an exercise/yoga mat we would suggest bringing this too as we do core exercises at the end of each session.  

What if I don't have my own gloves and/or wraps?

These are available for hire for a small fee.  For hygiene reasons it is advisable to purchase your own.  We can help you with purchasing the right equipment to fit your budget.

Do I need to be fit do this class?

Absolutely not.  You will quickly find that your fitness, co-ordination, balance and endurance will improve.  Each exercise can be tailored to each person's fitness level if required.  If you have any existing injuries please let your trainer know so thay can provide modifications. 

Am I expected to spar and/or fight?

No not at all.  We do teach the fundamentals of these techniques so that you can do sparring if you feel comfortable.  If you wish to prepare for a fight please discuss with Kaine so that a proper training regime can be implemented.
