We are a close knit group of people who enjoy Combat Training and sharing this knowledge. We will guide you through your training no matter whether you are new to martial arts or whether you are an advanced practitioner.
Regardless of whether you are wanting to get fit, learn a Martial Art for Self Defence or learn how to fight we will help you achieve your goals.
We want people to feel comfortable when they are training and not feel like they are training with bullies. Our gym is a 100% safe and supportive environment for everyone to learn.

You will learn correct techniques so that you can get the most out of your training. This will help minimise the risk of injury to you and your training partner.
We cater for all levels of experience and fitness levels. All exercises can be modified or substituted for all levels.

Kaine Stoyanof, Founder & Head Trainer
Boss Combat is headed up by Kaine Stoyanof who has over 15 years training in various Martial Arts. He has been fortunate enough to train under some of Asia Pacific's top MMA fighters Rod MacSwain (Strikeforce) and Eugene Bareman (City Kick Boxing). He still regularly trains in Muay Thai and Brazilian JiuJitsu.
Kaine has also honed his skills in Thailand and has trained under multiple World Champions in Muay Thai and MMA. He will help improve your fitness as well as your technique and build your confidence. No matter what your goals are, talk to Kaine who will help you achieve them.

Box Fit:
Saturday: 9am-10am
Our Box Fit Class is designed for those who want a good blast of Cardio to wake them up on a Saturday morning.
This will involve Pad work teamed up with running and circuit training to get the heart pumping! This is ideal if you're really looking for something else to compliment any existing training that you do.
Combat Conditioning
Sunday: 9am-10am
Combat Conditioning is a 1 Hour Strength and Conditioning session that is not for the faint hearted.
In this session you will use Bodyweight Exercises, Dumb bells, Kettlebells, Sandbags, Battle Ropes and other awesome pieces of equipment. This will be a Full body workout using functional movements designed to make you sweat. Each session will be different, one day you will be a Lone Wolf, Working with a partner the next time or working in a team on another day.
